Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Liability Adjuster - Medical
Professional to manage various liability claims.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and settle nursing home, medical malpractice, and other
professional liability claims
Prepare written status updates and reports for clients
Investigate and resolve claims while managing all aspects of the
claims process
Required Qualifications and Education
5-7 years of experience handling E&O and medical malpractice
claims
Adjuster's License required; NY License preferred or willingness to
obtain
Juris Doctor or Bar membership is a plus
Experience in coverage analysis, risk transfer assessment, and
litigation management
Proactive and independent with strong organizational skills
