Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Support Associate (Remote
- Medical Data Entry).
Key Responsibilities
Own key Ops Support initiatives by monitoring and reporting on
operational support processes and metrics
Complete and monitor ECM and CHW program authorizations and annual
reauthorizations
Provide backend support for transitions of care and referrals,
ensuring clear communication to the care team
Required Qualifications
1+ years of backend operations experience in a fast-paced
healthcare environment
Proven track record of exceeding performance indicators
Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology
platforms
Proficiency with technology tools such as GoogleSuite, Slack, and
Looker
Ability to work in a quiet, HIPAA compliant environment
