Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Specialist, AR to provide
assistance to Accounts Receivable Representatives for effective
follow-up and collections.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate payment plans with customers through inbound and outbound
calls using an auto-dialer
Meet or exceed performance objectives, including account resolution
goals and maintaining a 96% quality score
Execute follow-up procedures for third-party approvals, billing,
and collection of overdue accounts while adhering to compliance
policies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
At least one year of experience in debt collections or
business-to-consumer sales
At least six months of experience in a high-volume call role
Experience accessing multiple databases simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to meet performance objectives
