Job Description:

A company is looking for a Reverse Mortgage Loan Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Source and generate leads for reverse mortgage loan opportunities
Consult with customers to analyze financial situations and recommend suitable loan products
Manage the loan application process and ensure compliance with quality standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Two or more years of full-time reverse loan origination experience
Active CA DBO and NMLS licenses, with the ability to obtain four active NMLS licenses
High school diploma or GED
Proven results as a loan originator with a strong production track record
Experience with reverse mortgage loan products
