Job Description:
A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule, cancel, and reschedule outpatient visits and procedures
for multiple ambulatory clinics
Obtain and verify patient information to ensure accurate scheduling
and registration
Communicate scheduling changes and respond to patient and staff
needs in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
State criminal background check, and federal if applicable, as
required for state department of health regulated areas
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Experience in a scheduling or registration role is preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology and scheduling guidelines is
advantageous
