A company is looking for a Retirement Support Specialist to
ensure accuracy and efficiency in retirement benefits
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a 99.8% accuracy rate in processing enrollment-related
tasks and requests
Independently process over 65% of daily enrollments by the end of
the third week
Audit reports for accuracy, ensure billing compliance, and resolve
discrepancies
Required Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented customer service
environment
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Applications
Strong organizational and planning skills
Analytical skills to identify problems and analyze data
Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate as a team
player
