Job Description:
A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to manage patient
referrals and documentation in a remote, part-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Enter referrals accurately and within established timeframes while
meeting productivity standards
Communicate with referral sources and patients regarding
documentation and financial responsibilities
Collaborate with local branch leadership and sales teams to ensure
compliance and facilitate the referral process
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
One year of experience in healthcare administration, financial
services, or related fields
Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment is
preferred
Proficiency in navigating online EMR systems
Understanding of payer guidelines and clinical documentation
