Job Description:
A company is looking for an Energy Efficiency Customer Support
Specialist to assist utility customers in saving money and
improving energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service and support for energy efficiency
programs
Schedule visits, enroll customers, and educate them on program
offerings
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email while
navigating multiple platforms
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment
Ability to type 35+ WPM
Experience in an inbound/outbound call center preferred
Ability to maintain a committed work schedule with set breaks
