Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Investigator
(P3).
Key Responsibilities
Manage moderately complex internal investigations from start to
finish, including interviews and report writing
Assist with complex investigations by preparing detailed notes and
written reports for decision-makers
Provide data analysis and trend reports to senior leadership and
track the implementation of disciplinary actions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus at
least 5 years of relevant experience
Proven experience investigating EEO, ADA, and employment-related
complaints
Demonstrated knowledge of applicable employment laws and
policies
Proficiency in HR analytics tools and ability to interpret data for
strategic decision-making
Commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the
