A company is looking for a Senior HRIS and Compensation Manager
to lead HR information management processes and oversee
compensation practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HRIS projects, analyze business systems, and ensure data
integrity
Manage the company's compensation philosophy and oversee
compensation programs
Conduct market analysis and provide guidance on
compensation-related matters
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience managing a large HRIS system, preferably
UKG
3-5 years of experience in compensation management
At least three years of recent experience in a software company
Strong analytical skills and technical acumen
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing
environment
