Job Description:
Culinary Director sought for a busy, unique establishment in Los
Angeles with multiple revenue streams. The ideal candidate has
experience with QSR, grab-and-go, high-volume commissaries, and
catering. They will work with the owner to develop diverse and
appealing menus for various services based on existing ingredients
and creating new items on brand.
Key responsibilities include:
--- Financial skills, including budgeting, costing, P&Ls,
forecasting, and proformas.
--- Commissary experience, including designing and buildout,
inventory management, cost-effective measures, and food safety
standards.
--- Creating and refining delivery systems from the commissary to
kitchens, ensuring timely and efficient distribution.
--- Exceptional organizational skills, from line level to big
picture tasks.
--- Experience with grab-and-go concepts and multi-unit positions
in high-end food establishments.
--- Ability to organize training programs, collaborate with teams,
and develop recipes.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
