Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Fig Tree, an oceanfront restaurant serving Latin-inspired cuisine. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality espresso drinks and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Operate espresso machines with speed and efficiency
• Work collaboratively as part of a team
• Create visually appealing latte art
• Manage high-volume orders and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure
• Motivate yourself to meet and exceed performance expectations
  Requirements:
  
  • Previous experience as a Barista in a Third Wave Coffee Program
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    Compensation:
    $18-20 per hour + tips (approximately $15 per hour)
