Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Administrative
Coordinator to manage clinical operations remotely in Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for team members
Manage the intake and referral process for members and
providers
Resolve inquiries from members and/or providers regarding
services
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems
Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, or 4 10-hour shifts
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred
Experience working with medical terminology and healthcare
insurance preferred
