Strategist to drive strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic conversations with clients and internal teams to
align on enrollment goals
Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to
client needs
Manage data-driven enrollment strategies and report on performance
to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in a B2B2C growth role, preferably in
technology or healthcare
Hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing
strategies
Proven ability to build strategic relationships with clients
Experience leading cross-functional teams for user growth and
engagement
Strong ability to apply data-driven insights for continuous
campaign improvement
