Volt is immediately hiring for Machine Operators in the City of Industry, CA.

As a Machine Operator you will:

Assist the Blind Header Operator reading and interpreting documents (blue prints, drawing, or manufacturing work orders), to ascertain what tools and materials are necessary for producing products to precision tolerance to aircraft specification.

Assist the Blind Header Operator operating on a production basis, all assigned headers and their related products.





This is a full-time opportunity.



2nd shift: 1:30pm-10:00pm Mon-Fri +OT



The ideal candidate will have:

Technical Proficiency: Candidates should have a strong ability to operate and maintain machinery, with a solid understanding of mechanical systems.
Attention to Detail: Precision in handling machine operations and quality control is crucial.
Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly will be beneficial.
Physical Stamina: Candidates must be capable of handling physically demanding tasks and long hours.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment are essential.
Teamwork: The ability to work collaboratively with other team members is important.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks will help in their transition to progressive header operators.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors is necessary.



Pay Rate: $24 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
